Our officers are uniformed and equipped with a full duty belt that includes two sets of handcuffs, pepper spray, baton and firearms if requested or allowed. All officers have been trained to attempt to deescalate a situation as much as possible before resorting to physical detention or extraction while still remaining firm in enforcing your facility’s policy or procedures. It is by our own experience that while Xtreme Security Services is on duty at your facility, you may never see or hear of anything that happens. It’s not that nothing occurred; it’s that the presence of a security officer is a deterrent from a situation occurring in the first place. If nothing happens, then we have done our job. If something does happen, then we will do our job!
